Gonzalo Chirinos

Gonzalo Chirinos obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Lima. He is currently pursuing the LLM in Transactional Arbitration and Dispute Settlement at SciencesPo Law School. He is an Associate of the Litigation Department of Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Law Firm, advising national and foreign companies on judicial and arbitration disputes. He was part of the Board of Directors of the ADVOCATUS Magazine of the Universidad de Lima. He has been teaching assistant of contract law and civil procedure courses, both in the above-mentioned university. He was the coach of the arbitration team of Universidad de Lima for the "XI International Arbitration Competition" (Bogotá - 2018) and the "X international Arbitration Competition (Asunción - 2019), in which his team reached the top 4 places.

Andrea Espejo

Andrea Espejo obtained her lawyer degree from Universidad del Pacífico. She is an Associate of the Regulatory Department of Echecopar Law Firm, a law firm associated to Baker & Mckenzie International, advising public entities and national and foreign companies in commercial and investment arbitrations, in disputes related to various industries such as electricity, hydrocarbons, mining, construction, concessions, among other. She is co-author of the thesis "Recognition of annulled awards at the country of arbitration: analysis under the New York Convention", which obtained the "cum laude" degree from Universidad del Pacífico.

Manuel Ferreyros

Manuel Ferreyros obtained his lawyer degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He is an Associate in the Litigation Department of Rebaza, Alcázar & De las Casas Law Firm, advising national and foreign companies on civil, commercial and administrative disputes. He was part of the Board of Directors of THEMIS Magazine from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and was Director of the web portal Enfoque Derecho.

Lucero García

Lucero García obtained her lawyer degree from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She is an Associate of the Dispute Resolution Department of Echecopar Law Firm, a law firm associated to Baker & Mckenzie International. Until December 2018, she was Legal Adviser of the Special Commission that represents the Peruvian State in International Investment Disputes of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, both in the pahse of Direct Treatment and International Arbitration. She participated as speaker of the arbitration team of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, which obtained the First Place in the "VIII International Arbitration Competition" (Santiago - 2015) and in the "International Competition of Arbitration and Commercial Law" (Madrid - 2016), as well as the team occupied the Second Place in the "Moot de Libre Competencia" (Lima - 2017).

Jorge López Fung

Jorge López Fung obtained his law degree from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. He is currently pursuing the LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution at the Queen Mary University of London.

Until June 2018, he was a Senior Associate in the Conflict Resolution Department of Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría Law Firm, and advised national and foreign companies in commercial and investment treaty arbitration. He is a specialist in international commercial arbitration and investments, with studies completed at American University College of Law (Washington DC - USA) and Universidad del Pacífico, and also a specialist in supervision and management of energy from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Coach of the arbitration team of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas that obtained the First Place in the "VIII International Arbitration Competition" (Santiago - 2015).

Julio Olórtegui

Julio Olórtegui obtained his lawyer degree from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. He is an Associate of the Litigation Department of Bullard Falla Ezcurra + Law Firm, advising national and foreign companies in commercial and investment arbitrations. Specialist in international investment arbitration by the American University Washington College of Law, through the "Online Certificate Program in International Investment Arbitration". Student of the International Academy for Arbitration Law which awarded him with the "Honorable Mention of the Prize for the Laureate of the Academy". He’s currently coordinator for CEA-40 in America.

José Luis Repetto

José Luis Repetto obtained his lawyer degree from the Universidad del Pacífico. He is an Associate in the Disputes Department of Miranda & Amado Law Firm, advises national and foreign companies on commercial arbitrations and investments in disputes related to the energy, infrastructure, mining and hydrocarbons sectors, among others. His experience also includes the representation of clients in judicial processes related to arbitrations. Rodrigo La Rosa

Rodrigo La Rosa is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with a  summa cum laude mention. He is an associate at Bullard Falla Ezcurra+ where he provides legal counsel to national and foreign companies in domestic and international arbitrations. He has experience in arbitrations administered under the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and the Lima Chamber of Commerce, and in controversies related to hydrocarbons, electricity, state contracts, construction and corporate disputes. He attender the a International Academy for Arbitration Law, which also gave him an award as “2019 Laureate of the Academy”. He was also a winner of the “VII International Arbitration and Commercial Law Competition” (Madrid, 2015).
